Pricing Structure for Making Your Ideas Visible
When people can see what they mean, they align more quickly, make better decisions, and remember longer. Below are some pricing guidelines for your next meeting, conference, infographic, or explainer video project.
( Scroll down to check out some pricing options. )
Why Your Next Workshop Needs to Be Seen, Not Just Heard
You’ve gathered the team. You’ve opened the slide deck. But how to make sure the ideas stick?
If your leave-behind is just a copy of your slides, don’t be surprised when “we’ll look at this later” quietly becomes “we forgot this happened.” At Alphachimp, we believe meetings deserve more than minutes — they deserve visual momentum.
When people see the ideas, they share them, own them, and act on them.
So what are some “ballpark“prices for investing in services such as live event illustration, digital graphic recording, information graphics, and explainer videos?

WHY INVEST?
Why It’s Worth Connecting People to Ideas
When you convert slides into sketchnotes, a chaotic meeting into a clear roadmap, or an MSTeams logjam into a live stream of insights — you’re not paying for art. Instead, you’re investing in:
Meeting clarity
Team alignment
Lasting visual artifacts
Faster follow-through
For events and conferences, live illustration or digital graphic recording results in increased audience engagement and information retention.
