AI Usage and Ethical Disclosure
At Alphachimp, we occasionally use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to enhance creativity, productivity, and learning—never to replace human expertise or imagination.
We believe AI can act as a creative partner, assisting with:
- Drafting client proposals or scripts
- Research, synthesis, and summarization
- Image ideation, editing, and storyboarding
- Developing internal training materials
However, all final creative work, illustrations, and facilitation outputs are designed, edited, and approved by human professionals.
Our principles for AI usage include:
- Transparency: Clients are informed when AI assists in the creative process.
- Ethical Boundaries: We avoid using AI in ways that could infringe on copyright, mislead audiences, or compromise originality.
- Privacy Protection: We do not upload confidential client data, recordings, or proprietary materials to AI systems.
- Human Oversight: Every project is reviewed by an Alphachimp facilitator or artist to ensure accuracy, tone, and creative integrity.
AI Training and Internal Learning
Our creative team regularly engages in professional development to understand the responsible use of AI in visual design and education. Training includes:
- Ethical AI in Design and Communication (Value Web Workshops)
- AI for Visual Storytelling (internal sandbox sessions)
- Digital Accessibility and Bias Awareness modules
Through these efforts, Alphachimp stays informed on evolving AI policies and ensures that technology amplifies, rather than automates, the human creative process.
Our Philosophy
We view AI as a brush in the artist’s toolkit—powerful, but only as effective as the human mind guiding it. Our mission remains unchanged:
“To help people and organizations see what they mean.”
That mission demands empathy, curiosity, and imagination—qualities no algorithm can replace.
