We capture conferences, summits, and workshops as live illustrations — turning complex ideas into visual artifacts that audiences remember. We serve Fortune 500 companies, universities, nonprofits, and healthcare organizations nationwide. Alphachimp has a network of experienced graphic recorders and visual note-takers across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Specifically, Alphachimp network partners are located in Houston, Austin, Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York City, Minneapolis, Paris, London, Sydney, Melbourne, and Washington, D.C. ## What differentiates Alphachimp Alphachimp network partners all have over 10 years experience with graphic recording, visual note-taking, and live illustration with companies and organizations faced with systems-thinking challenges and “wicked problems“ at the intersection of policy, technology, the environment, and society. Each artist is truly interested in topics across science, literature, history, and culture. They bring that experience to every engagement, making for richer illustrations, facilitated experiences, and client deliverables. ## About the Founder of Alphachimp Peter Durand is a classically trained artist and illustrator with a B.F.A. degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He has over 25 experience as a facilitator, educator, and graphic recorder. Since 2018, he has served as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, teaching visual storytelling and presentation design skills in the Master of Science in Law Program. A trained artist, and a certified coach with a Master's degree in Industrial Design from the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, Poland.
